I take a lot of my cues from cinema and in particular filmmakers using DSLR for their work. I don’t think it’s useful for me to tell someone to go out and by this lens or that lens because ultimately what you use will be a matter of the right tools to help achieve the expression that you want to share. Therefore what you choose to shoot with will be different than what I choose to shoot with.
